A nutty ancient whole grain flour freshly milled for optimum flavor, nutrition, and performance. High in protein and micro nutrients, this flour is deal for muffins, quick breads, yeast breads and pastas. It can be used in place of your common “whole wheat” flour for almost any recipe. This nutritionally dense flour (over 16% protein) absorbs moisture quickly; more so than other whole wheat flour.

We mill responsibly-sourced grains in small batches to ensure that our flours are fresh and flavorful. Our stone mills are carefully calibrated to preserve the nutrient-rich bran, germ, and natural oils of our grains. These nutrients are perishable and can affect flavor over time.
We recommend that all of our flours are stored in a cool dry place. If stored at room temperature, this product will remain fresh and flavorful for up to forty days from its “milled-on” date. To extend the life of this product for up to one year, we recommend transferring the contents of this package to an airtight container and storing in your refrigerator or freezer.
